Planning Decisions Register

From 1 September 2008 the General Manager is required, under Section 375A of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), to keep a register of each planning decision made at a Council or a Council Committee meeting and to record the names of Councillors who voted for and against the decisions.


This register applies to decisions made in relation to:
  • Development applications
  • Environmental planning instruments
  • Development control plans
  • Development contribution plans

Council’s Planning Decisions Register is available online, to view the register click on the link provided below for the year in which the planning decision was made.  If you are unable to view the Planning Decisions Register please contact Council to request a copy.
