The Friends of Maitland City Library support and promote Maitland City Library and its services to the community, through advocacy, fund-raising and programs contributing to the cultural and social life of the Maitland community. 

 Friends enjoy some great benefits, including discounted entry to Library events, free family history consultation and opportunities to contribute to a range of initiatives and events.

Friends Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Friends of Maitland City Library will be held at 5.00pm on Wednesday 18 October at Maitland Library.

All office bearing positions will be declared vacant at the AGM. Nominations are invited for the position of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson

 

At the Annual General Meeting held on 19 October 2016 the Friends of Maitland City Library elected the following members to fill executive positions for 2016-17
