-To provide lifeguard supervision, emergency rescue and first aid services to patrons and staff as necessary.
- To ensure a safe environment for clients and compliance with Council’s Occupational Health Safety and Risk Policies and procedures, legislation and license regulations
- Undertake customer service duties with internal and external customers.
- Support opportunities to increase programs and use to meet Council and community expectations.

To perform and co-ordinate rating functions in order to maintain the rating records required for the levying and balancing of rates and provide prompt and accurate information to customers.
