Hunter Writers Centre Poetry Group - Maitland

Poems can function as connections between the creative imagination of the writer and the reader or listener. Finding your voice, using words and sounds and rhythms that identify the unique you will allow you to connect with others. Join our group and exercise your poetic voice.

Course presenter Dr Cassandra O’Loughlin is a Conjoint Fellow in the School of Humanities and Social Science at the University of Newcastle and a widely published poet. 
Presented in partnership with Hunter Writers Centre and Lake Mac Libraries. Membership of Hunter Writers Centre is a requirement of continuing participation in the group.
