This year Council is embarking upon a program of transformation that will change the way we work, the way we deliver services and information and the way we operate to deliver 'un-council like' service.
At the core of this transformation is a focus on customer experience and we have adopted five new Guiding Principles. These Guiding Principles now underpin everything we do, they put the customer at the heart of decisions and service improvements to help our customers and our people to thrive. Whether you are looking to access information, conduct business and transactions, or use Council services, your experience is our priority. Through this journey, we will identify how we can help you more effectively, more efficiently and in a manner more convenient to you.
If you want to find out more we recommend that you read the Customer Experience Plan and item 10.1 - the Digital Transformation Strategy in Council's agenda on 9 February 2021. These two documents are at the core of our transformation and outline a range of projects and initiatives we wish to achieve over the next three years.
As we deliver the Customer Driven Transformation Program, there will be the opportunity for you to get involved and help shape the way we deliver services. Involvement opportunities will include:

- Piloting and testing
