How to make a submission
Submission Delivery
Submissions are to be made in writing addressed to the General Manager and either:
- Emailed to ask@maitland.nsw.gov.au
- Posted to: Maitland City Council, PO Box 220, Maitland NSW 2320
Submission Date
Submissions must be received by close of business on the last day of the exhibition period, unless otherwise stated.
Donations and gift disclosure
A Disclosure Statement of Political Donations and Gifts is required only for submissions relating to planning matters. This does not apply to all public exhibitions. Planning matters include development applications, Development Control Plans, Local Environmental Plans and Section 94 plans.
