My Place Grants
My Place Grants are a Place Activation funding program announced as part of Maitland City Council's COVID-19 Response and Recovery initiatives.
The program will support celebrations in suburbs across our city that are planned and delivered by the community for the community. Funding of up $20,000 per project will be available to individuals working together and/or local non-profit community based groups.
The program encourages community collaboration to deliver celebrations that reconnect communities, build networks and create a safe, inclusive environment for residents to come together once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, in suburbs across our City.
The projects should reflect the unique character of your suburb, be free and accessible to all members of the community.
