Usage and Attitudes Survey
Thank you to everyone who participated in our Usage and Attitudes Survey.
Council engaged independent research company IRIS Research to undertake a 20 minute random phone survey of 900 residents about Council services and facilities between August and October 2019.
To supplement the survey data already collected, IRIS Research developed an online version of the same survey to capture a different segment of the community which was deployed in February and early March 2020.
IRIS are currently collating the results and preparing a report for Council.
The results of the survey will help inform planning for service design, delivery and communication for the next five years and builds on the biennial Community Survey, most recently completed in December 2018.
