Usage and Attitudes Survey
Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Usage and Attitudes Survey.
Council engaged independent research company IRIS Research to undertake a 20 minute random phone survey of 900 residents about Council services and facilities.
The results of the survey will help inform planning for service design, delivery and communication for the next five years and builds on the biennial Community Survey, most recently completed in December 2018. This approach will allow us to adopt a customer experience approach to service design and delivery and is part of a broader organisational move towards embedding a customer service and engagement philosophy in everything we do.
The results of the survey will be reported to Council and the community in early 2020.
