Councils calling for EOI from animal management providers
Maitland, Lake Macquarie and Cessnock City Councils are collectively seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from service providers to fulfil parts or all of the various animal management services required by local government organisations.
Maitland, Lake Macquarie and Cessnock City Councils are collectively seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from service providers to fulfil parts or all of the various animal management services required by local government organisations.
Maitland City Council’s Manager Development & Compliance Cindy Littlewood says ‘it’s great to be working with neighbouring councils to find the best solution for the management of the service.
‘We strongly encourage you to respond and advise us what you’re able to offer. Collectively, all three councils are trying to understand the offerings available in the market. The EOI is open to any provider, whether you can address a single service or multiple parts of the service.’
Each council may choose to pursue different providers to satisfy requirements. However, a collaborative approach is being undertaken, as there may be providers who can service multiple areas.
Find out more by viewing the EOI here or by calling the most relevant council as follows:
- Cessnock City Council – Jason Mullee – 02 4993 4132
- Maitland City Council – Cindy Littlewood – 0448 287 975
- Lake Macquarie City Council – Derek Poulton – 02 4921 0436
EOI submissions close 2.00pm Wednesday 9 December 2020.
