Major infrastructure includes the Hunter Expressway and $470M new Maitland Hospital. Council is driving urban renewal in Central Maitland, with award winning redevelopment of The Levee and Riverlink Building, and Maitland Regional Athletics Centre. The $45M Maitland Administration Centre is on track to open in late 2022.
