Our young people are the future of the city.
Council is committed to strengthening relationships with local young people and youth services.
Young people are regarded as being between the ages of 12 and 25 and make up just under 15% of our population. Young people make up an essential section of our community, after all they (or you) are the future of our city.
If you are a young person, Council has a number of initiatives using partnerships to build relationships with you and your friends, as well as youth services across the city. Council is committed to continuing to build on these and improve the services and options available to you.
As a young person in the community, we want to hear from you on topics related to the future of Maitland that are important to you. Subscribe to the Maitland Your Say newsletter below.
