Proposed five year lease for parking and plant nursery use

Notice is hereby given that Maitland City Council, in pursuance of section 154 of the Roads Act 1993, will grant a five year lease for that part of the road reserve adjoining Lot 1 Deposited Plan 243650 at the corner of New England Highway and Four Mile Creek Road, Ashtonfield for the purpose of car parking and plant nursery use.

A period of 28 days from 22 February 2019 is allowed during which persons may lodge with Council written submissions regarding this matter. Any submissions made should be addressed to the General Manager and detail fully any objection to the same.
