Maitland City Council is seeking community feedback on the Draft Dalmore Business and Innovation Precinct DCP. The DCP provides a clear framework for the assessment of future development applications to ensure development is coordinated, well designed and supported by infrastructure. The DCP will provide clarity and consistency for developers, Council and the community.
