Description
Council is exhibiting a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) proposed to be made between Maitland City Council (Council) and AIVD Residential Estates Pty Ltd (the developer). Under the draft VPA, the developer will dedicate land to Council for biodiversity conservation. The draft VPA would not exclude or offset Section 7.11 contributions applicable under an associated Development Application.

The draft VPA is associated with Development Application DA/2023/497 for a 282 lot torrens title residential subdivision in 3 stages. Land to which this draft VPA applies:
