Waste Centre community bookings
Booking limits the number of people who are on the site at any one time. This assists Council to operate the site in a COVID safe way.
There are no changes to existing arrangements for Commercial Operators, therefore Commercial Operators do not need to book.
There are limited numbers in 30 min slots to ensure we keep to safe numbers of people on site.
Bookings can only be made up to ten days in advance to ensure we can manage any changes to restrictions or operational needs.
Bookings can only be made for Maitland residents and photo ID will be required at the weighbridge.
Yes, residents may use their tip voucher within existing conditions.
COVID Safe measures are in place on site and there is a COVID Safe plan and QR Code check in is required. Everyone must comply with all relevant Public Health Orders.
DO NOT ATTEND THE CENTRE IF YOU ARE UNWELL. Attending our site if you are unwell puts Council's waste service at risk.
Only photo ID proving you live in the Maitland Local Government Area. Your name will then be checked against the booking list. People who have not made a booking will be turned away to ensure we keep to safe numbers of people on site.
You can arrive at any time in your 30 min timeslot but must be off site by the end of the timeslot.
