My Place Grants are a Place Activation funding program announced as part of Maitland City Council's COVID-19 Response and Recovery initiatives.
Council has been seeking input into a review of Maitland +10, the local community’s long term strategic plan, which sets a vision for Maitland.
Council is undertaking a parking study on Swan Street, Morpeth to better understand parking usage and to help identify the opportunities that can be considered in the future
Council is publicly exhibiting a Planning Proposal to rezone land for residential purposes known as the Gillieston Heights South (Western Precinct) Proposed Urban Release Area.
Council is calling on the community to contribute to a Morpeth Conservation Area Review to help identify places of significance that should be added as local heritage items.
There is an exciting opportunity for Council to apply for funding to improve High Street, Central Maitland's amenity and functionality, between Grant Street and the Ken Tubman Drive roundabout.
