Add another bin
If you are filling up your bins each week or fortnight, you can upgrade your service. You can add individual bins or even another three (3) bin domestic waste package.
The annual service fees for any additional bins are added to your remaining annual rates payments.
Additional yellow bins can be 240L (regular) or 360L (large).

Change recycling bin size
You can upgrade your yellow recycling bin to a larger size (360L), or downgrade to the regular size (240L).
Please note: You cannot change the size of your red or green bin.

Cancel additional bin
If you have added a bin to your original service that you no longer require, you can submit a cancellation request. Cancelling your additional bin service may impact your rates notice and a staff member will email you with details of the change.
Please note: Each property is legally required to have at least one red, green, and yellow bin. You cannot reduce the number of bins below this minimum standard.
