Assisted bin service (blue dot service)
Our Assisted Waste Collection Service is available for residents who are physically unable to move their bins kerbside for collection due to a medical condition, age, or disability.
How to apply
Step 1: Receive a doctors certificate supporting your need for assistance
Step 2: Complete an application online or in person
Once your application has been received, we will contact you to organise an inspection of your property. Once approved, Council staff will collect your bin from a designated spot at the front of your property, empty it, and return it to the same location.
