Description
The proposed amendment seeks to rezone the land at 107 Haussman Drive, Thornton (Lot 2 DP 1145348) from the existing RU2 Rural Landscape to part R1 General Residential zone and C3 Environmental Management zone.
It also proposes to amend the minimum lot size for from mostly the 40ha minimum lot size to 450m² for the proposed R1 General Residential zoned land. The remainder of the C3 Environmental Management zoned land will retain the 40ha minimum lot size.
