Council is proposing two amendments to the adopted 2025/26 Fees and Charges due to an administrative error. The first corrects the development application fee for projects valued between $1-10 million to align with the Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation 2021 ($1.44 per $1,000, rather than $1.19). The second introduces a burial fee for destitute persons, which will be funded by NSW Health and have no impact on local ratepayers.
