Description
In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Maitland City Council proposes to grant a lease in respect of community land, as follows:
Property: Lot 101 DP 548342, 11 Lawson Avenue Woodberry (off Redbill Drive) NSW 2322
Lease Term: Five year – Commencing 22 September 2025
Permitted Use: The carrying out of monitoring, inspections and surveys, and the installation, erection, construction, dismantling, repairing, replacing, renewing, maintenance and operation of the air sampling equipment and fencing.
Licensee: Tomago Aluminium Company Pty Ltd
Equipment: A 3m x 3m fenced compound housing a cabinet in which is an air pump and a gas meter and necessary ancillary equipment required to operate the facility.
