Description
Our draft Delivering Maitland’s Future documents set out how we’ll deliver on the priorities identified in Maitland’s Community Strategic Plan. Together, they outline what we’ll achieve over the Council term, what we’ll deliver each year, and how it will be funded.
The draft Delivery Program 2025–2029 sets out the outcomes we’re working towards over this Council term.
The draft Operational Plan 2026-27 details the actions we’ll take in the year ahead to deliver on this program, including projects and services.
The draft Fees and Charges 2026-27 outlines the proposed costs for Council services, reflecting the 3.2% rate peg set by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART).
The draft Long-Term Financial Plan 2026–2035 looks ahead, helping ensure we can sustainably deliver services and infrastructure by forecasting income and expenditure over the next ten years.
An update to the Asset Management Planning Framework 2025–2029 is also included.
