Exhibition Item

The draft site-specific Development Control Plan (DCP) has been prepared in accordance with Part 6 Urban Release Areas of the Maitland Local Environmental Plan 2011. It aims to guide future urban development by addressing site constraints, enhancing development outcomes, and fostering well-designed neighbourhoods. 

The DCP provides flexibility for alternative solutions proposed through development applications while ensuring alignment with the Maitland DCP 2011. Public exhibition of the draft DCP offers an opportunity for stakeholders—including the community, government agencies, and service providers—to review and provide feedback on the development principles shaping this locality.
