The Outdoor Dining Policy provides guidance for how businesses can apply to use public spaces for outdoor seating in a way that supports vibrant, welcoming and accessible streets across Maitland. It outlines the requirements for safety, amenity, design and ongoing management to ensure outdoor dining contributes positively to our city’s character while maintaining clear and safe access for the community.
