‘Maitland’s Future’ is our shared vision for achieving a connected city with thriving communities. ‘Delivering Maitland’s Future’ is our Delivery Program and Operational Plan which outlines how Council will work to achieve this vision within the funding and resources we have available. 

The draft Partnerships and Advocacy Strategy identifies how we can work with key partners and other levels of government to deliver on our shared vision. The strategy outlines the roles and responsibilities and the projects and community priorities we will be advocating for over the 2025-26 financial year.

It is proposed that the Partnerships and Advocacy Strategy is reviewed and updated each year this will align with the Integrated Planning and Reporting to ensure it remains relevant and current for our community.
