Maitland City Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced builders/contractors (including multiple entities responding as a partnership, joint venture or consortium) for the detailed design and construction of a new waste transfer station and associated infrastructure as part of the Maitland Resource Recovery Facility (MRRF) Stage 3 Project.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Maitland Resource Recovery Facility (MRRF) Stage 3 Project forms part of a two stage procurement process for the detailed design and construction of a new waste transfer station for Maitland City Council. Phase 1 EOI involves the issue of this EOI to identify suitably qualified respondents who may be invited to participate in Phase 2, being a selective tender process.

Mandatory EOI Briefing and Site Visit: A mandatory briefing and site visit will be held on Friday, 6 March 2026, 11:00am AEDT at Maitland Resource Recovery Facility, 109 Mount Vincent Rd, East Maitland NSW 2323.
