Council proposes to temporarily close sections of the below Maitland streets to conduct the 2026 Maitland Riverlights, from
3pm Wednesday 7 October until 5pm Sunday 11 October 2026:
- Bulwer Street from 10 Bulwer Street (Maxi Save carpark entry/exit) to High Street
- Dransfield Lane between Bulwer and Elgin Street
3pm Thursday 8 October until 5pm Sunday 11 October 2026:
- The Levee / High Street between Elgin Street and Bourke Street
The closing date for comments relating to the above temporary closures is 4pm Friday 3 August 2026.
