Anyone can make a submission on a strategy or proposal during a public exhibition period. Submissions are to be lodged with Council by the submissions close date. The inclusion of submissions received outside the exhibition period are at Council’s discretion.
Submissions must be in writing and can be made by:
Completing the online form below by typing out a submission or attaching a submission document

Feedback submitted in a formal submission may result in changes being made to the strategy or proposal.
You will be notified when the strategy or proposal will be reported back to Council seeking adoption.
A formal submission ideally expresses your level of support for the strategy or proposal, providing detailed and specific feedback. The feedback will be reviewed by staff and later presented to Council to make an informed decision.
