We offer a number of ways for Citizens to get in touch with Council
Customer Experience Team
Council's Customer Experience Team is located in the Maitland Administration Centre at 263 High Street, Maitland. The office has the following opening hours:

For assistance via live chat, email or phone, the Customer Experience Team are available between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note: Cashier closes 30 minutes before the end of opening hours.

If you need to contact Council outside of business hours, you can call
02 4934 9700 and Council's after hours call centre will take the call and contact the appropriate person.
