King's birthday public holiday 2025

There will be some changes to Council's operating hours and services on Monday 9 June due to the King's birthday public holiday.

Maitland Administration Centre	Closed.
Depot	Closed.
Libraries	All branches closed.
Maitland Resource Recovery Facility	Operating as normal (8.15am to 3.45pm).
Waste collection	All waste collections continue as normal.
Maitland Visitor Information Centre	Operating as normal (10am to 3pm).
Maitland Aquatic Centre	Open 8am to 4pm.
East Maitland Aquatic Centre	Closed for winter.
Maitland Regional Art Gallery	Closed.
Maitland Regional Athletics Centre	Closed. The Athletics Centre is currently open to the public on Monday nights for a trial period. It will be available again from Monday 16 June 2025. You can find more information here.
