Rehabilitating Maitland Roads - Update May 2022
Rehabilitating Maitland Roads - Update May 2022
On any given day, Council crews are out and about working to increase the safety and quality of our local road network.
The typical lifespan of a road is around 40 years, and with regular reseals and rehabilitation works, we do what we can to ensure our roads stay in good working order for the community.
Starting in late April, we’re completing road stabilisation and resurfacing at:
• Hunterglen Drive, Bolwarra
• Aberglasslyn Road, Aberglasslyn
• Hollywood Close, Rutherford
• Buffier Crescent, Rutherford
We’re also preparing kerb replacements across the City so we can start rehabilitation works at:
• Raworth Avenue, Morpeth
• Parkes Street, Rutherford
• Lismore Avenue, Telarah
• Crawford Avenue, Tenambit
• Justin Drive, Tenambit
Find out more about upcoming road rehabilitation works by checking out our draft Operational Plan, which is currently on exhibition, and details the work that is set to come for the coming financial year. Find out more at maitlandyoursay.com.au
