The Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) is proposing employment zone planning reforms.
The existing Business (B) and Industrial (IN) zones will be replaced with five new employment zones and three supporting zones.
The reforms seek to deliver simplified employment zones that are flexible to respond to future business change and support productivity and jobs growth while facilitating the delivery of strategic plans and planning priorities.
