The Manual of Engineering Standards (MoES) is a suite of documents that provides engineering/technical specifications for developments and subdivisions. Council’s existing MoES was last reviewed and updated in 2014. Since then, there have been significant changes in legislation, guidelines and industry standards. The proposed draft MoES has also been updated in conjunction with the new DCP to ensure it remains current, relevant, and aligned with the new DCP provisions.
