Fees and charges for services and facilities provided by Council are set annually as part of the Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
The Fees and Charges are effective from 1 July 2025.
General Purpose Financial Reports
The General Purpose Financial Report contains detailed reporting on Council's audited financial position.
The Report for the previous financial year is publicly available from the end of October each year.

Cost Shifting Report
Cost shifting occurs when councils are required to deliver services or infrastructure on behalf of state or federal governments, without being provided sufficient funding. This imposes increasing financial pressure on Council and may affect our ability to deliver local priorities.
