Fees and charges for services and facilities provided by Council are set annually as part of the Delivery Program and Operational Plan.

General Purpose Financial Reports

The General Purpose Financial Report contains detailed reporting on Council's audited financial position.

Asset Management Plan

Our collection of Asset Management Plans details our approach to asset management. These plans are part of a continuous review process which includes regular updates to the plans to meet the changing needs of the organisation and our community. The supporting Asset Management Plans are:

Cost Shifting Report

Cost shifting occurs when councils are required to deliver services or infrastructure on behalf of state or federal governments, without being provided sufficient funding. This imposes increasing financial pressure on Council and may affect our ability to deliver local priorities.
