Lost and found pets
One of our Customer Experience Team will be happy to help find your lost pet by checking to see if a Customer Request has been registered for an animal of the same description. If a request hasn't been registered, we will take your details and notify our rangers in case your pet is seen while they are in the field.
If your pet does show up, we will call you and reunite you with your pet.
If you have found a dog or cat and it is wearing a collar or tag, please contact the owner first.
If the owner can't be contacted, then please speak to our Customer Experience Team on 02 4934 9700 or through live chat, and they will register a Customer Request. Our Rangers will collect the animal, check the animal's microchip details and attempt to contact the owner. Alternatively, you can make an appointment to take the lost cat or dog to Council's Animal Management Facility by calling 0438 742 541
