Lost and found pets
Have you lost your pet? Speak to our Customer Experience Team on
02 4934 9700 to report your details and last known location of the animal.
One of our Customer Experience Team will be happy to help find your lost pet by checking to see if a Customer Request has been registered for an animal of the same description. If a request hasn’t been registered, we will take your details and notify our rangers in case your pet is seen while they are in the field.
If your pet does show up we will call you and reunite you with your pet.
Ensure you also contact the RSPCA, located at Rutherford, on 02 4939 1555 to see if your pet has been taken there. The RSPCA is open 9.30am to 3.30pm from Wednesday to Monday, and is closed on Tuesdays.
If you have found a dog or cat then please speak to our Customer Experience Team on 02 4934 9700 and we will register a Customer Request. Our Rangers will collect the animal, check the animals microchip details and attempt to contact the owner. The animal will be dropped back to the owner or taken to the RSPCA if there is no microchip or the details are incorrect.
