Annual report
The Maitland City Council Annual Report is an integral part of our commitment to open and accountable governance. It provides a snap shot of our achievements in delivering on the five key themes of our Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
The Annual Report contains detailed reporting on Council's performance in terms of its principle functions in accordance with Section 428 of the Local Government Act 1993, particularly in regards to budgetary, environmental, public works, governance, human resources and other related outcomes.

General Purpose Financial Reports
Maitland City Council's General Purpose Financial Report for the previous financial year is publicly available from the end of October each year.
The General Purpose Financial Report contains detailed reporting on Council's audited financial position and must be prepared in accordance with Section 413 of the Local Government Act 1993.
